Join us for the first in our 2025-2026 Faculty Lunch & Learn Series with the Rev. Dr. Julia Gatta presenting: Jesus and the Use of Wealth: Teaching Stewardship at the End of Year C

In the fall season many parishes launch their annual stewardship drives. In Year C, St. Luke offers several parables and stories that dramatize how Jesus regarded wealth. We will take a look at some of these together to see how they might inform teaching and preaching about money management: the parables of the rich man and Lazarus and that of the unjust manager, and we’ll conclude with the story of Zacchaeus.
